ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the goods and services ordered electronically from the Beycanpress.com website of the Seller. The Buyer is informed about the basic characteristics of the goods/services subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, all preliminary information about the goods/services subject to sale, accepts this information electronically and then orders the goods/services. accepts and declares in accordance with its provisions.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY OF GOODS/SERVICES
The product purchased by the Buyer is delivered by the Seller online via Beycanpress.com with a license code. All security of received product files is the responsibility of the purchaser.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY TIME OF GOODS/SERVICES
The product paid by the Buyer and purchased is delivered by the Seller within 48 hours at the latest. Otherwise, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund.
ARTICLE 5 – BUYER’S PRODUCT TERMS
The Buyer declares and accepts that he will only use the product he has purchased at the number of domain addresses determined within the scope of the package he has purchased. The function files of some products purchased by the Buyer may be encrypted for security with an encryption system called Ioncube. The requirements of the relevant encryption system must be provided by the server owned by the Buyer.
The Buyer declares and accepts that he will not use it in his commercial activities, and the commercial activities of the products can only be carried out by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 – PRINCIPLES OF INSTALLATION SERVICE
The Buyer is obliged to install the product he has purchased with the help of the documents. However, it is a natural right to receive support in the form of questions and answers during certain processes during installation. However, if the Buyer requests the installation of the product by the Seller and simultaneous live support. This will incur a certain fee.
ARTICLE 7 – TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
Although the Seller provides technical support for the product purchased by the Buyer free of charge, the technical support is limited to the purchased product only. In cases not caused by the product, technical support service is not provided by the Seller. The related technical support service is provided through the ticket system on Beycanpress.com.
– Free technical support period is lifetime unless it is limited to a certain period on the license page of the product or within the scope of the purchased package.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT REFUND
If there is a problem with the products sold through our site and the problem is not solved by providing support, a refund can be made within 14 days. No refunds can be made for sales exceeding 14 days. Additionally, this rule only applies to products with a licensing system. Because even if you refund other products, refund are not accepted as you can always use them. Additionally, this only applies to licensed products. Since add-ons do not operate under license, they will be usable even when they are returned. Therefore, it is outside the scope of return.
ARTICLE 9 – LICENSE TYPES
Each of our products can be sold with different license types and subscription models. The Buyer is provided with information about the license type he has chosen at the time of purchase. These license types may allow you to have certain feature restrictions or extra features.
This correction license and terms of use are discussed in the next article, ARTICLE 10.
ARTICLE 10 – LICENSE AND TERM OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS
In the previous article, ARTICLE 9, we said that our products can be sold with different license types. While these licenses are subscription models and restrictions for some of our products, there may be different situations for some of our products. In other words, while these licenses are valid for a lifetime in product A, there may be a certain limit in product B. When the Buyer receives the product, he accepts that the product and license descriptions have been carefully read and understood. The Seller has the authority to change the license types and features.
ARTICLE 11 – SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE AND DOMAIN CHANGE
As stated in ARTICLE 9, certain types of licenses may impose certain restrictions. For example, a license you purchase may be registered for a single domain name and if you want to use it for more than one domain name, you may need to purchase a second license. Subdomains are also considered a separate domain name. In other words, beycanpress.com and service.beycanpress.com are not the same domain name.
Therefore, if you have a valid license, it will be linked to the first domain name when you activate your license, and you will need to pay the current domain name change fee of $25 to change it later. As you are using domain names in the following formats for testing purposes only, the system will not register them and you can switch to your real domain name after you have completed your test.

ARTICLE 12 – TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT, LICENSE AND SUPPORT
Before each order, Buyer(s) declare that they have read and accepted this agreement, otherwise they cannot create an order in any way. If the user contacts us after purchasing a service or product without reading this agreement and forces us to fulfill requests other than the terms we have specified, (for example: refusing to pay the domain change fee, comparing it with different services and products offered by other companies), calling us a fraudster and stealing our time. We will warn the Buyer and resend this agreement. If the Buyer does not agree, the Buyer agrees that we have the right to fill Buyer account, support and license.
Our company can change the provisions of this “Sales Agreement” at any time by publishing it on the site. If the terms of the Sales Contract are changed, they become effective on the date of publication.
