Hello everyone We continue to integrate WordPress into the Web3 ecosystem at full speed. After TokenICO 2.0 was released, we already explained how to create a token presale on Ethereum and EVM based blockchain networks.
In this guide, we will show you how to create a presale on the Solana network with SPL Token and SPL Token 2022. In fact, the process is exactly the same because TokenICO is a very simple plugin to use. You just need to connect to your Phantom wallet instead of MetaMask.
If you’re ready, let’s get started.
1 – Go to token presale creator page
Go to the presale creator page and in the network option section type Solana and select Solana Devnet. You can use the Devnet network for testing first and then create a presale on Mainnet.
2 – Enter your Solana SPL Token contract address
To create a Solana SPL Token presale, the first thing you need to do after selecting the network is of course to enter the contract address of your token. TokenICO can then recognize your token and show you its metadata.
3 – Fill in the Solana SPL token presale limit fields
In this step, you determine the amount of Solana we want to collect during the presale process and the amount of tokens you want to sell for 1 SOL. You also set the minimum and maximum amount a person can buy in this presale.
4 – Set the mode with start and end times
In this step you set the start and end times of the presale. Mode works like this. If you choose instant transfer, as soon as a person makes a purchase, the token will be transferred to the buyer through the contract. But if you choose claim mode, the buyer has to wait for the presale to end before they can claim their tokens.
5 – Connect to the wallet and click the create presale button
As you can see in the picture, you will see a transaction request in your wallet for presale creation. You can also see here the fee you paid us and the approve amount for the total amount of tokens you will sell. Confirm this transaction and wait for the presale to be created.
6 – Use shortcodes to show presales
That’s it, you have now created an SPL Token Presale on the Solana network. Now let’s learn how you can display this presale in a desired area on your WordPress site.

After creating a presale, you will see a presale key value on the right side as you can see in the image below. If you copy this and add it to the key value in the 3rd shortcode, you can only show this presale on your homepage.
